Cocon Alpin attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This page explains what data we collect on this site, why, and what your rights are — in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
1. Who is responsible for your data?

This site is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA (25 rue Eugène-Marziano, 1227 Les Acacias, Geneva, Switzerland), which stores the data on servers located in Switzerland.
Website development and technical maintenance are provided by Cordonier Conseil (cordonier-conseil.ch), which acts as a technical processor and does not use your data for any other purpose.
2. What data do we collect, and why?
Online booking form — when you book a service via /reservation/, we collect your name, telephone number, email address and, where applicable, any message or comment you add. This information is used solely to:
- confirm and organise your appointment
- we will send you a confirmation email and, the day before, a reminder
- contact you if needed (modification, cancellation)
Contact via WhatsApp or Instagram — if you write to us via WhatsApp or Instagram, the communication is processed in accordance with Meta's (WhatsApp/Instagram) own privacy terms, which we do not control. We invite you to consult their respective policies.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
3. Cookies and third-party services
This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking tools (no Google Analytics or equivalent to date). However, certain elements of the site use third-party services, which may technically receive your IP address when the page loads:
- Google Fonts — font files loaded from Google servers
- Google Maps - interactive map displayed on the Contact page
- Instagram / WhatsApp (Meta) — links to our social media and messaging service
If you prefer not to transmit this information, you can use a third-party script blocker or contact us directly by email.
4. How long do we keep your data?
Data related to a booking is kept for the time necessary to manage your appointment, and is then archived for a reasonable period for accounting and customer service purposes, prior to deletion. You can request the early deletion of your data at any time (see section 5).
5. Your rights
In accordance with the nFADP, you have the right at any time to:
- to access the data we hold about you
- to have them rectified if they are inaccurate
- to request the deletion thereof
- object to their processing

6. Safety
The site is served over HTTPS (encrypted connection) and hosted on Infomaniak's secure infrastructure in Switzerland. We take reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in our practices or applicable legislation. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
