Booking and appointment

• Treatments are strictly by appointment.
• Booking a session implies acceptance of our terms and conditions.
• Thank you for arriving on time to ensure the sessions and subsequent appointments run smoothly.
• In the event of a delay, the duration of the service may be reduced so as not to push back subsequent appointments.

Cancellation and rescheduling

• Any appointment cancellation or modification must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
• In the event of a late cancellation or failure to attend without notice, the service may be charged for.
• If your child is ill, we kindly ask you to reschedule the appointment in order to protect the health and well-being of all our little visitors.

Gift cards

• Gift cards are personal and are not refundable for cash.
• They must be used before their expiry date, which is 12 months.

Photos and videos

• Photos or videos may be offered during certain services for souvenir purposes.
• No photos or videos of your child will be published on our social media without your prior consent.
